  • Kayla Damon

    President

    Kayla joined the Lawson team in November of 2023. Before that Kayla was a tax accountant for a Maine accounting firm since 2011 and was responsible for a full scope of tax and accounting needs of individuals and businesses in multiple industries. Kayla is a 2010 graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, earning her B.S. in Accounting and Finance. Kayla became a CPA in 2018. In her free time Kayla enjoys working on home projects with her husband Jon and attending her children’s sporting events.

  • David Richards

    Property Manager

    David, our Property Manager, joined the Lawson team after having a long and successful career in the engineering field. After serving and retiring in the US Navy for 20 years, he worked for RSU1 school department as their Facilities /Operation Director. While there he coordinated and oversaw all renovations of seven schools, as well as being the school’s owner’s representative for the building of two new schools, Morse High School 75 million build and the Woolwich Central School 18 million build. David and his wife Carol of 36 years enjoy traveling the world seeing over 40 counties.

  • Rhonda Bowker

    Housekeeping Asst. Manager

    Rhonda has enjoyed working for Lawson since she joined the team in 2016. Before coming to Lawson Rhonda had worked in the custodial medical field for many years. Rhonda enjoys biking, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, kayaking, camping & fishing with her husband whenever possible. Rhonda and her team strive to outdo themselves each year decorating the Commerce Center for the holidays.

  • Angela Burns

    Office Manager

    Angela joined the Lawson team October 2010. Before Lawson Angela worked for Johnny’s Selected Seeds in Winslow, ME as AP/Payroll Administrator and held that position for 12 ½ years. In her free time Angela enjoys spending time with family, sleepovers with her granddaughters, travel adventures, and especially boating with her significant other, Jim.
